Diethylstilbestrol (DES) ELISA Test Kit (CH526385) is a competitive enzyme immunoassay designed for the quantitative analysis of Diethylstilbestrol in fish, shrimp, meat, and milk samples.
This competitive colorimetric ELISA assay utilizes pre-coated plate wells with the target drug. During analysis, samples compete with the coated drug for primary antibody binding. A secondary antibody conjugated with peroxidase enzyme detects the primary antibody complexes, with color intensity inversely proportional to target concentration in the sample.
Capacity for 96 determinations or 42 samples in duplicate. Store unused microwells in the original foil bag with desiccant. Proper storage at 2-8°C ensures 12-month shelf life.
